George's First Rallycross Experience at Lydden Hill

For George, this wasn't just another day at the race circuit; it was the start of the next chapter in his motorsport journey.

Lydden Hill has been a special place for George since he was a child. Over the years, he has spent countless weekends watching the British Rallycross Championship, admiring the drivers and soaking up the unique atmosphere of the circuit.

Returning to Lydden Hill with the opportunity to get behind the wheel himself made the experience even more meaningful.

That opportunity came through Peter Gwynne Motorsport, who looked after George throughout the experience with expert coaching and encouragement.

Stepping into a real rallycross car after years of sim racing was an unforgettable experience. The day gave George his first taste of driving on mixed surfaces and showed just how much skill, focus and commitment rallycross demands.

It also reinforced how many of the skills developed through sim racing can transfer into real-world motorsport, giving George even more confidence as he continues his driver development.

George would like to thank everyone at Peter Gwynne Motorsport for making the day so enjoyable and memorable. Their support and professionalism made a lasting impression and strengthened George's determination to continue progressing in the sport.

This experience marked the true beginning of George's SIM TO GRID journey. The next time he arrives at Lydden Hill, his goal is simple, to line up on the British Rallycross Championship grid and compete.
